I absolutely love Durban and any kind of spicy food. One of my fondest memories of beach holidays in KZN was the spiced pineapple sticks you could buy on the main beach - it was sweet and juicy and oh so delictably spicy! I've tried making these myself and it just never tastes the same...this sock yarn colourway is my attempt at recreating that memory.
